Author Parker Stoner is a senior VP and director of database marketing at the agency. Comprehensively researched and detailed, the book uses thirty-plus years of experience in marketing research, media planning, direct marketing, relationship marketing, and interactive marketing to provide readers with solid information on improving their marketing communications. We worked closely with the agency on the book, collaborating with graphic designers Justin Kemerling and Justin Young. The book was produced print-on-demand as a stamped cloth-bound hardcover with dust jacket.
